Jewellery Sales Concierge

As we unveil our stunning new flagship studio in Hamilton East's MADE, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Jewellery Sales Concierge to become an integral part of our team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be part of a passionate team where you’ll work with beautiful jewellery and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow and develop it into a long-term career. As the position evolves, we anticipate it leading to full-time hours, so it's a great opportunity for someone ready to commit and grow with us.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 
• Providing impeccable customer service, assisting clients with their jewellery needs, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. 
• Scheduling, preparing for, and assisting with client consultations and services. 
• Processing orders ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication with clients regarding timelines and delivery. 
• Coordinating with the workshop, jewellers, and designers to track the progress of custom pieces and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance. 
• Assisting with inventory management, including counting, receiving new stock, and ensuring that all items are properly tagged and displayed. 
• Curating and maintaining visually appealing displays while upholding a high standard of store cleanliness. 
• Delivering Permanent Jewellery Services with precision and care. 
• Additionally, you will be required to appear on our social media channels to enhance our brand presence.

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK
This role will begin as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. We are looking for a candidate with a flexible approach, who is open to working with us to meet the needs of the business.

The expected hours are:
Essential Days: Friday & Saturday (Other days of work negotiable)
Total Weekly Hours: 15 - 25

  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to maintain the highest levels of service, presentation, and product quality.
  • Willingness to Learn: A proactive approach to continuous learning, with openness to feedback and a desire to grow within the role.
  • Integrity and Discretion: High ethical standards and discretion, particularly important when assisting with surprise proposals and handling valuable items.
