Jewellery Sales Concierge & Marketing Assistant

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Jewellery Sales Concierge & Marketing Assistant to become an integral part of our team in this exciting hybrid role. Combining in-store client engagement with creative content creation, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and digital marketing environments.


ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be part of a passionate team where you’ll work with beautiful jewellery and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Alongside assisting clients in-store, you'll help bring our brand to life online, showcasing your creativity and flair for content creation. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow and develop this role into a long-term career. As the position evolves, we anticipate it leading to full-time hours, so it's a great opportunity for someone ready to commit and grow with us.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

Jewellery Sale Concierge Duties:

  • Providing impeccable customer service, assisting clients with their jewellery needs, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
  • Advocating for our in-store services by educating clients on our offerings, such as custom jewellery design, permanent jewellery, and workshop services, ensuring they understand the value and craftsmanship behind our work.
  • Scheduling, preparing for, and assisting with client consultations and services.
  • Processing orders and maintaining clear communication with clients about timelines and delivery.
  • Collaborating with our workshop team to track the progress of custom pieces and repairs.
  • Assisting with inventory management, display curation, and store cleanliness.
  • Delivering Permanent Jewellery Services with precision and care.
    Marketing Assistant Duties:
  • Creating engaging and visually stunning photo and video content for regular postings our social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok and to be included on our website. 
  • Appearing in content to connect authentically with our audience.
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, customer stories, and showcasing new products.
  • Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring social media trends to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training and ongoing feedback to ensure you feel confident and well-equipped in your role.

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK
This role will begin as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. We are looking for a candidate with a flexible approach, who is open to working with us to meet the needs of the business.
The expected hours are:

  • Essential Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
  • Total Weekly Hours: 15 - 20

  • Integrity and Discretion: High ethical standards and discretion, particularly important when assisting with surprise proposals and handling valuable items.
  • Content Creation: Confidence in creating content for social media, particularly video content, and willingness to appear on camera.
    Creativity & Problem-Solving: A flair for design and innovative thinking, bringing fresh ideas to content creation, marketing, and customer engagement.
